User Names and Messages (Posts)
Other comments or information that you include on the website forum is intended for the public or fellow course participants, including TCSA Students, Instructors, Teaching Assistant, and other parties involved in the course. Thus, the information contained in the website can be viewed and downloaded by other parties who visit the website. For this reason, we advise you to be wise in entering information on the website.
Personal information
"Personal Information" referred to in the Privacy Policy is any information about yourself that is entered when using the website, such as when you register to create a user account, or information that you enter when conducting transactions on the website, which includes (but is not limited to) your name, contact information, gender, date of birth, occupation, and information you entered when processing TCSA Certificates, or a certificate issued by the government. TCSA currently does not collect your financial information, however, if you make a TCSA Certificate payment, your data will be linked to third parties who process payments, and the delivery of information related to payments will be subject to the payment terms contained in the Terms of Service.
Usage and Statement to Third Parties
We and TCSA Partners who provide courses through TCSA can use, share or disclose your information obtained through the website (including Personal Information) in relation to the following: (1) third parties who receive Personal Information are required to maintain confidentiality, maintain security and protect information from the risk of loss, misuse, disclosure to unauthorized parties, changes and damage; and (2) we will only disclose and share Personal Information needed by third parties when the data is entered.
