Terms of Service

Welcome to the Trust Certified Skills Academy (TCSA). Before using this website and / or service, please read this Terms of Service (TOS) policy. By using this website, you agree to the following TOS, whether you are a registered user or not. If you do not understand or do not want to comply with the provisions of this agreement, you should not use this website.

TCSA reserves the right to modify the TOS at any time without prior notice, where you are legally bound by these terms if you use the website and / or related services. Any changes in the TOS will become effective immediately after being posted on this page, with the effective date being updated. Make sure you return to this page regularly to make sure you understand the latest version of TOS.

General Description

TCSA provides online training including the opportunity to interact between trainers and participants, and with other participants, providing individual assessments of the work of participants and for participants who successfully mastered course material, TCSA also provides a certificate of success or other awards according to the requirements of each material owner.

Online Regulatory Guide

To use this website and services, you agree to be held responsible for all activities and information in your personal account, and any activity that you do. You agree to follow all applicable rules, both local and international, related to the transmission of data.

You will not use the website in a way that can damage, make it malfunction, exceed the burden or interfere with TCSA servers or networks connected to TCSA servers, or interfere with other parties and the convenience of others in using the website. You are not permitted to obtain unauthorized access to websites, other accounts, computer systems, or networks that are connected to TCSA servers by hacking, extracting keywords using unauthorized methods (password mining), or other means. Except for data permitted by TCSA to be accessed, you may not obtain or attempt to obtain material or information contained on the website.

The following are prohibited on the website / forum / communication:

Furthermore, you agree not to misuse, or also download in large quantities, any website content, including but not limited to user accessible materials contained in the system, online textbooks, user messages (user posts), or user information. You agree not to obscure or attempt to obscure your identity when using the website.

Finance

  • TCSA quotes prices and issues invoices in Rupiah (IDR) for participants residing in Indonesia. For participants residing outside of Indonesia invoices will be issued in US Dollars (USD). Participants must pay in the currency shown on the invoice.
  • The cost of converting currencies from other currencies to invoice currencies is the responsibility of the participant.
  • All costs related to tax will be the responsibility of the participant.
  • Participants must pay in full or provide a purchase order before the start of any training or delivery of any product or course material.
  • With purchase orders the Participants will increase invoices for course fees and certification / examination fees before the start of training. In the case of PO the client must pay each invoice within 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Online payment is the preferred payment method.
  • Course fees include licensing training materials for a limited period and course content that meets the requirements. Each license is only valid for one person and cannot be exchanged or shared.
  • TCSA reserves the right to review prices and take appropriate measures when changes to course specifications or exams occur beyond our control.
  • All discounts, whether advertised or mentioned in correspondence, are mutually exclusive, ie only one discount can be applied to one order.

Cancellation policy

  • If a participant cannot access the course online through TCSA because they fail to meet the required system requirements provided on the website, TCSA will not be responsible or give a refund to the buyer.
  • A participant has a period of 2 days after the course starts to cancel registration from the course by clicking on the unenroll link on the student dashboard and requesting a refund by sending an email to info@certifiedskills.academy. Please include your full name and order number in your email request. TCSA has no obligation to issue refunds 2 days after the start date of the course, but you may submit your reasons to request, please email us at info@certifiedskills.academy.
  • The starting date of all membership and access is considered the date on which the first student has access to self-study material. TCSA will make an effort to warn students when this access / membership period has expired. After this effort, TCSA can no longer guarantee access to the course or certification will be possible.

User Account and Authority

To fully participate in website activities, you must enter your full name, email address and keywords to create a user account. You agree that you will never divulge or share access or information on your account access with third parties for any reason. In creating a user account, you may be asked to enter additional information options (such as address, date of birth, etc.). You state that all information you provide is true and up to date. You agree to maintain and update your information to remain accurate and up to date. We care about the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Your Right to Use Content on the Website

  • All training material belongs to TCSA and / or its partners and copyright law protects the content on this website. All material including and not limited to text, examinations, videos, images and other study material provided by the course on the website is for your personal use in connection with the course.
  • All of this training material has been prepared, maintained, updated and distributed by TCSA and / or its partners.
  • The use of training materials on our program is limited to Registered Users who have been given login details by TCSA.
  • Registered Users may not copy, share, modify, send, distribute or in any way, exploit the copyrighted material provided by TCSA other than for their own personal training. Use for other purposes is expressly prohibited by law and violators will be prosecuted.
  • Registered Users will not allow others to copy, use, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit copyrighted material.
  • All material provided by TCSA is provided as is without warranty of any kind, whether expressed, or implied, including, but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
  • TCSA does not guarantee that the material will be free of errors including technical inaccuracies, or free from viruses, or other dangerous material. All necessary service, repair or correction fees are the responsibility of Registered Users.
  • TCSA may make improvements, or changes, to this material at any time without prior notice. All rights not expressly granted here are protected. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law. If you do not agree to these TOS you must stop using e-learning immediately.
  • Permanent documents used as references, digital textbooks, articles, or other information on the website are used with permission from third parties, and the use of such information is bound to certain rules and regulations. You are responsible for reading and understanding copyright matters if you use content from this website in connection with not taking a course. By using this website, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations.
  • You agree to safeguard all copyright and statements on every content that comes from the website. All copyrights on the website and all its contents, which are not clearly stated, are protected.

Certificates and Awards or Other Recognition

TCSA and partner members provide courses on this websites that may offer certificates for other achievements or recognition of participants who, on their judgment, have shown satisfactory results of mastering course material. TCSA will issue certificates on behalf of permanent members who conduct courses, such as Microsoft examples and so on. The decision to certify participants is entirely the discretion of the partner members and TCSA. TCSA and / or partner members can choose not to offer certificates for several courses.

Not Valid for Other Registrations. When you take a course through TCSA and complete a course provided by a partner institution through TCSA, you do not mean that the participant is a participant, or registered in, any degree study program organized by the partner members. You are not entitled to use any of the partners' resources outside of the online courses available on the website, you are also not eligible to receive the rights as a participant who officially registers on a degree study program organized by partner members.

Trademark

Use of TCSA Names and Partner Members, Trademarks and Service Marks. Logos and stamps are trademarks of each party. Similarly, the names, logos and stamps of partner members are trademarks owned by each partner. You are not allowed to use these trademarks, or any related forms, without the written consent of the owner. You may not use these trademarks, or any related forms, for promotional purposes, or intentionally or unintentionally claim, suggest or, at the full decision of the institutions, make a statement or imply a relationship with or approval from the institutions.

All trademarks that are not owned by TCSA or by partner members that appear or appear on the website or appear through services through the website, if any, are the property of their respective owners.

"TCSA PARTICIPANTS" MEANS INDONESIAN UNIVERSITY, MITX, HARVARDX, OTHER PARTNER MEMBERS, OTHER AGENCIES WHO PROVIDE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR SERVICES FOR WEBSITES, COURSE INSTRUCTORS WITH STAFF, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS.

USE OF THE WEBSITE, FOLLOWING CONTENT, AND SERVICES OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE, ARE YOUR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT TCSA OR TCSA PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER WHICH HAPPENS AT ANY TIME OR CONSEQUENCES THEN DAY, THAT ARISES FROM OR RELATED TO THE TERMS OF THIS SERVICE, OR YOUR USE (OR THIRD PARTY ) AGAINST YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, OR FORGETTING YOUR CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE, OR YOUR RELIABILITY TO INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE, YOUR CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACTS, WANPRESTATIONS, LAWS, OR OTHER RELATED REGULATIONS.

SPECIFICALLY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TCSA AND TCSA PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES THAT ARE INDIRECT, PUNISHED, SPECIFIC, EXAMPLES OR DAMAGES NOT EXCLUSIVE, WHETHER EXPECTED OR NOT, AND GOOD TCSA OR TCSA PARTICIPANTS OR OR NO, OR FORM OF OTHER ERRORS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DEVOTION CLAIMS, ERRORS, LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR DATA USE DAMAGE).

LAWS IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON CONTAINED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, IN PART OR ALL ABOVE, EXCLUSION, OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY OBTAIN ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

Compensation

You agree to defend, release, guarantee TCSA and TCSA participants, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies, employees, faculties, participants, colleagues, members of the executive body, agents, and employees of and against claims third parties, actions or claims arising from, resulting from or in connection with your use of the website, including any obligations or costs arising from one and all claims, losses, damages (either present or future consequences), claims, court, litigation fees, and attorney fees, both basic costs and fees that follow. Release and Severability of TOS. TCSA's failure to carry out or enforce any truth or provisions of this TOS cannot be interpreted as release from truth and provisions.
